感染しやすい家禽 11503羽中、66羽感染(すべて死んだ)。11437羽を殺処分した。

家禽の[高病原性]鳥インフルエンザウイルス根絶のための殺処分、感染農場と敷地の消毒などは 2010年10月30日完了した。現在のところ、他地域での新たな症例はない。

ネパールで HPAI 高病原性鳥インフルエンザ A (H5N1)の新しい発生 2件。
[極西部] Seti セティ県 Tikapur の1村で、2010年3月2日発生し、裏庭で飼育している ニワトリ、アヒル、ハト 計 123羽のうち、40羽が死んで、残りを処分した。

その6日後の同月8日、[西部] Lumbini ルンビニ県の Deurali VDC [Village Development Committee (ネパールの最小行政単位) 村落開発委員会] ward No 6 [第6区] で家禽 計 4767羽のうち 216羽が死亡し、残りは処分した。

2010年2月5日からNepal の家禽施設でのHPAI A(H5N1)の発生 7件がOIEに報告されている。このうち 6件はすでに解決した(2010年1月26日から始まった)。現時点での処分は 16 330羽。]
